Wo wir KI einsetzen

Für Werbefilme, Grafiken, Social-Media-Posts und Texte nutzen wir KI-Werkzeuge zur Bild-, Video- und Spracherzeugung. Ein Teil der Beispiele auf dieser Website ist vollständig oder teilweise mit KI erstellt.

Wie wir kennzeichnen

• Mit KI erzeugte Videos und Bilder tragen auf dieser Website das Zeichen „KI“.
• Die Influencerin „Camila“ ist eine virtuelle, mit KI erzeugte Figur. Sie ist keine reale Person.
• Personen in KI-Werbefilmen (z. B. Restaurant oder Badsanierung) sind erfunden und nicht echt.

Echte Aufnahmen

Drohnenaufnahmen, Fotos aus unserer Werkstatt, 3D-Drucke sowie die Fotos und 3D-Drucke unserer Kundenprojekte sind echt und nicht mit KI erzeugt. Die animierten Märchenvideos des Kundenprojekts „fabelfabelfabel7“ sind dagegen mit KI erzeugt und tragen das Zeichen „KI“.

Für unsere Kunden

Inhalte, die wir für Kunden mit KI erstellen, kennzeichnen wir nach den geltenden Regeln, insbesondere Art. 50 der EU-KI-Verordnung (AI Act) und den Vorgaben der Plattformen (z. B. Meta, TikTok). Wir verwenden keine fremden Marken, Logos oder echten Personen ohne Erlaubnis.

Gdzie używamy AI

Do filmów reklamowych, grafik, postów i tekstów używamy narzędzi AI generujących obraz, wideo i głos. Część przykładów na tej stronie powstała w całości lub częściowo z pomocą AI.

Jak oznaczamy

• Filmy i obrazy wygenerowane przez AI mają na tej stronie znaczek „AI”.
• Influencerka „Camila” to wirtualna postać stworzona przez AI. Nie jest prawdziwą osobą.
• Osoby w filmach reklamowych AI (np. restauracja, remont łazienki) są fikcyjne.

Prawdziwe nagrania

Nagrania z drona, zdjęcia z naszej pracowni, wydruki 3D oraz zdjęcia i wydruki 3D z projektów klientów są prawdziwe i nie zostały wygenerowane przez AI. Animowane filmy z bajkami w projekcie klienta „fabelfabelfabel7” są natomiast wygenerowane przez AI i mają znaczek „AI”.

Dla naszych klientów

Treści AI tworzone dla klientów oznaczamy zgodnie z obowiązującymi zasadami, w szczególności art. 50 unijnego rozporządzenia o AI (AI Act) i wymogami platform (np. Meta, TikTok). Nie używamy cudzych marek, logotypów ani wizerunku prawdziwych osób bez zgody.

Where we use AI

We use AI tools that generate images, video and voice for ad films, graphics, social media posts and copy. Some of the examples on this website were created fully or partly with AI.

How we label it

• AI-generated videos and images on this website carry an “AI” label.
• The influencer “Camila” is a virtual, AI-generated character, not a real person.
• People in AI ad films (e.g. restaurant, bathroom renovation) are fictional.

Real footage

Drone footage, photos from our studio, 3D prints, and the photos and 3D prints from client projects are real and not AI-generated. The animated fairy-tale videos in the client project “fabelfabelfabel7” are AI-generated and carry the “AI” label.

For our clients

We label AI content we create for clients according to the applicable rules, in particular Art. 50 of the EU AI Act and platform requirements (e.g. Meta, TikTok). We do not use third-party brands, logos or real people without permission.
