Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the digitalpower.art website, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
1. Data controller
Digital Power
Goslarstraße 5
44359 Dortmund, Germany
Contact for data protection matters: dpx369@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it through the contact form on the website:
- full name,
- email address,
- enquiry subject,
- message content.
We do not collect personal data automatically without your knowledge. If we introduce analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) using cookies in the future, we will display a consent banner before they are activated.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process data submitted via the contact form to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do, however, use an external contact-form delivery service — FormSubmit — which technically forwards the submission content to our email address. It acts as a necessary data processor, working solely on our instructions and for the purpose of delivering your message.
5. Retention period
We retain correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations, if a business relationship followed).
6. Your rights
- right of access to your data,
- right to rectification,
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to data portability,
- right to object to processing,
- right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise the rights above, write to dpx369@gmail.com.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including contact-form safeguards against automated submissions (captcha, honeypot) and a site-wide Content Security Policy (CSP).
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically — e.g. following the introduction of new tools (analytics, CRM). The current version is always available on this page.
